G&A Lettings pride themselves in offering an extremely personal service to each of their clients. With the high demand for good rental properties it is our aim to create an environment for our clients where we take the strain and hassle out of renting your property. Graham Hambly works alongside his Team to find the best quality tenants for your rental property and because we are a well-established small but friendly office, we have direct and personal contact with each of our clients and together we provide a highly efficient service dealing with all the problems that arise from the rental market. 

Established in 2001 the sole proprietor Graham Hambly has a varied and wide knowledge of the rental market and also properties in general.  He holds the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management; is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) and is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office). He is also registered with MyDeposits which is an insurance based company that registers and holds a tenant's deposit. More importantly, G & A Lettings has Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Local Expertise
G&A Lettings has a good local knowledge of Somerset and the surrounding area. We are looking to establish relationships with new landlords covering Bridgwater, Taunton, Burnham On Sea and the surrounding villages as well as properties along the M5 corridor. We would welcome any opportunity to talk directly to landlords to give free property investment advice in order to establish the best way forward in marketing your property, whether that means visiting the property to establish the condition and marketability and all the legal requirements needed to make the property safe for rental purposes.

Expert Advice
Graham Hambly has expertise in both the letting process and all legal obligations this may hold for the landlord. He also has a thorough knowledge of court proceedings and in particular Section 8 and Section 21 in possession orders.

Online Marketing
All our properties are advertised on various property portals (Right-Move, Zoopla etc.) to a high standard in order to give your property the best chance with professional photographs and particulars written to promote the best features. The better the property looks the more chance it has of finding the right tenant for you.
