Tenant Find Only Service
Upon receiving formal instructions to let your property our service will include:
Marketing
Where necessary this would include:
Advertising the property on our website and with 2 of the largest property advertising portholes Rightmove and Zoopla.
Viewings
To accompany prospective tenants to view the property unless otherwise advised. Inform you as soon as we receive a formal tenancy application.
Tenant Selection
Interview and obtain necessary references on prospective tenants. Such references are usually obtained from Employers, Banks, Credit checks, Previous Landlords, additional security will be requested by means of a guarantor if required.
Tenancy Agreements
Preparation and execution of an appropriate Tenancy Agreement and other legal documentation in accordance with current legislation.
Rent Transfer
Collection of the first month’s rent and deposit and account to you for monies collected, less our fees and expenses due. If the client Landlord is unable to register the deposit, G & A Lettings will register it and in doing so will be responsible for it and hold the amount in a deposit account.
Additional Services
We are able to provide other individually catered services for example (inventories) at a cost separate to the normal Tenant find cost.
PRICES FOR THE TENANT FIND SERVICE RANGE FROM £300 DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE PROPERTY.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (eg inventories) WILL COST EXTRA.
